Please note that our safety protocols remain in place to protect and ensure the safety and well being of our staff and patients.

 

There continues to be additional cleaning and thorough disinfecting of surfaces, tools and equipment before and after each patient.

 

• Prior to the appointment you will be sent a questionnaire and consent form for completion. This will be used to assess if you can be safely seen in-clinic for an appointment. 

 

          In the Clinic:

 

• You are still required to wear a face mask at your appointment. If you are exempt from wearing a mask we will require you to take a lateral flow test within the 24 hour period prior to your appointment and sign a declaration to confirm a negative test result.

 

• You will still be required to sanitise hands on entry into the clinic.

 

• Not currently applicable - You will have your temperature taken in the clinic foyer. If a fever is detected you will not be admitted into the clinic and your appointment will be rescheduled for another date.
